ReSHIRT ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user of the ReSHIRT mobile application ("App").
ReSHIRT is designed with privacy as a default. The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
The only data the App stores is:
Purchases are facilitated through PayPal and Venmo via external links. When you tap a buy button, you are redirected to the PayPal or Venmo app or website. Any information you provide during a transaction is governed by PayPal's and Venmo's respective privacy policies — not this one. ReSHIRT does not receive, store, or process any payment information.
ReSHIRT is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
Because all user data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). We have no access to this data and cannot retrieve or delete it remotely.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
